Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy but the three flights of stairs could be challenging for some. The location was central with vibrant surroundings, but the noise from the market outside could be bothersome at times.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, but having the bathroom outside to share with others was very inconvenient. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although there was an issue with changing arrangements. The location was great, being close to shopping malls and the old town square, but the removal of bags from the car was a hassle. The dining had good variety, although some items were a bit stale. The facilities were decent.
What a gem of a hotel! The location is simply unbeatable, right by Wenceslaw Square and close to the theater. The room was gorgeous, but sharing a bathroom with others was a big inconvenience. The service was top-notch, especially with helping us with our suitcases on the tricky staircase. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some basic choices. Overall, a great value for the prime location.
